Part of the museum's Curated Places: Inside the Home series, this evening at the Kaufmann House invites guests into one of Palm Springs' most iconic private residences for an intimate evening of architecture, conversation, and hospitality.

Designed in 1946 by renowned modernist architect Richard Neutra, the Kaufmann House is considered one of the defining works of desert modernism and remains a landmark of twentieth-century residential architecture. Rarely experienced in this way, the evening offers guests a unique opportunity to explore the home through personal insight, architectural context, and shared conversation.

The evening begins with a welcome reception and curated dialogue exploring the home’s history, design significance, and enduring influence on the architectural identity of Palm Springs. The evening continues with cocktails and an elevated dining experience designed to encourage connection and conversation within an extraordinary setting.

The gathering invites guests to experience the Kaufmann House not only as an architectural landmark, but as a lived and evolving space for conversation and connection.

Hosted by Christian and Cristina Cigrang.
