Happy Pride! Join us for a vibrant night of music, art, and queer joy!

This year, Palm Springs Art Museum is proud to kick off the city’s 40th annual Pride celebrations, bringing together an evening of art, music, and community.

Start your evening by exploring the galleries and playing Pride Bingo, featuring queer artists whose work is currently on view. Gather your chosen family for portraits by artist Yulissa Mendoza, create queership bracelets, or join our Sketch Club for a Dolly Parton themed drawing activity.

Enjoy an evening of art, creativity, and community throughout the museum, accompanied by music from our featured DJ.

Sketch Club

Join Sketch Club each first Thursday for a new drawing activity inspired by a different theme, technique, or material. Whether you’re returning to a sketching practice or trying it for the first time, you’re welcome to make, and learn alongside others.

November’s Still Life: Dolly Parton

Celebrate Dolly Parton’s iconic style and legacy as a beloved cultural icon and LGBTQ+ ally through a playful still life featuring boots, wigs, and glitter. Experiment with multiple drawing mediums to capture the sparkle and personality of Dolly’s unmistakable look.

Art supplies are limited. Seats are first come, first served.

Music by NØ ËL

NØ ËL is a Los Angeles–based DJ who's music explores the intersection of emotion and rhythm. Blending percussive electronic, global club house, and drum & bass, her sets move between hypnotic atmosphere and high-energy release, creating a sound that is both visceral and transportive.

Portraits by Yulissa Mendoza

Yulissa Mendoza is a photographer and installation artist from San Bernardino, CA, whose work explores identity, heritage, and transformation. Through immersive spaces and personal narratives, Mendoza honors cultural memory while challenging traditional notions of gender, beauty, fashion, and belonging.
