Join us every third Sunday of the month for Family+, a fun and free event for everyone! The museum is transformed into a creative hub where artists, makers, and musicians come together to offer a variety of exciting activities and workshops for kids, teens, and families+.
THIS MONTH'S PROGRAM
Artist Emmanuel will guide participants through sewing on hoja de maiz to create embroidered art. Guests are invited to create any image or design they like by using various beads and embroidery string of different colors. Participants can take their art piece home or have it included in a future artwork by Emmanuel Camacho Larios.
Learn the basics of sculpture while creating your own Road Runner with Artist Ravi Wilkie from Wilkie Studios. Participants will construct and assemble their individual art piece using wire and air dry clay.
