The @palmspringschamber and Palm Springs Mayor Robert Moon Will be having a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5 PM. The ribbon-cutting kicks off a hosted wine and light bite cocktail party in the Meyerman sculpture garden of the Palm Springs Art Museum with music provided by @djminusla .
