By making a contribution now, your gift will be matched dollar for dollar, doubling your impact!

During Palm Springs Art Museum’s closure during the recent pandemic, the museum’s staff remained committed to providing our community with art, intellectually stimulating ideas, and thought-provoking content, through our digital communications, website, and social media platforms. Now that we have reopened, we are excited to once again be able to share the power of art with you and our family of supporters through our galleries and programming.

As the museum slowly emerges from the financial difficulties caused by the lengthy closure, we ask you to support your museum by participating in our $135,000 Matching Gift Challenge. Your support will help ensure that the museum’s extraordinary collection remains accessible to our community.

By participating in this Matching Gift Challenge, you help to:

Ensure that the museum is a place where art, ideas, and community come together to engage our minds and lift our spirits

Maintain and make accessible an extraordinary permanent collection of over 12,000 artworks

Create new art programming that is shared with the public, community partners, students and teachers across the Coachella Valley

Maintain and preserve three significant midcentury architectural buildings that are iconic to Palm Springs
