MONO-PRINT with Charlie Ciali

Charlie Ciali
$565 AC members, $615 nonmembers (includes $40 materials fee)

Geared for both the experienced printmakers and those that have never worked on a press before, this workshop will explore the basics of monotype printmaking, including Chine-colle methods, viscosity printing demonstrations of solar plate, and more. For the more experienced printmaker, a great emphasis will be on exploring new ways to achieve better prints both technically and compositionally. First time printers will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with working with new materials and printmaking techniques. Whether your work focuses on abstract or realism, you will discover new ways to look at your work through printmaking.
